5.) Always have an easy way to find your ‘About Us’ page. People like to know who they are doing business with and will be more likely to buy from you.

7.) Make your business hours known. It will help your potential client to know when you will get back to their inquiries and they won’t be frustrated when they don’t hear back from you when you are closed or on holiday. 10.) Spend time each day reading books, articles and even taking courses to improve your skills. You never know when your innovation will be the next big hit in the business world.
