Aloe vera and castor seed oils give very good results compared to other home-made remedies. These two are good not only in getting rid of colored dots on the skin, but also in maintaining a healthy moisturized skin.

A good sun screen may not offer any medical benefit, but it does help prevent the damage that ultra violet rays may cause. It should be applied an hour before getting out in the sun.
